(Note: Looks like I erased my original commentary, and me without a backup. I'll try to recreate it, but of course it
won't be exactly the same. - 5/21/07)

Well, here goes my first attempt at writing. I think it turned out pretty well. The story seemed to come out naturally
after I figured out the basic outline, and it's at a perfect length of 1600+ words. My goal is to keep all the chapters
between 1,000 and 2,000 words. I definitely want to keep the one thousand minimum, but I may have to break the upper
limit in the future, we'll just have to see.

The end of each chapter is going to have some kind of "calligraphy" piece to it. A sign, or letter, or page in a book
that's relevant to the chapter or story. I think it turned out pretty well for someone who's never done calligraphy
before. But of course it's also a drawing as well as a calligraphy piece this time.

It wasn't until after I finished writing the chapter did I realize how appropriate it was that it was about the main
character being robbed since this is uothief.com.

07-20-2009 - I didn't start recording my revisions until after I was into Volume 2, so I'm guessing a new default
starting point for all Volume 1 chapters to be at 1.50. Rewrite to version 2.00.
There was a lot of revising. A lot of sentences that were too long. A net change of +38 words to 1,653.
