What does it do for me? - Blessed with some resists and it's a shield. Most of the other blessed weapons are one handed anyway, so you may find it handy.
How do I get it? - You need to complete Parry Quest in New Haven to receive this item.
Anything else I should know? - I don't use this shield or any blessed shield. It's an extra button you have to press to equip and unequip that may cause you to make a mistake and may slow you down. Even if you're very good at never making mistakes with your macros, so still will not have a free hand to throw shurikens (and drink pots, if you use them).
